80CYZ32自吸(xī)油泵配Y7.5KW-52電(dian)機流量13.5m3/h,揚(yáng)程32米,汽蝕(shi)餘量4米,進(jin)出口徑80,軸(zhou)功率6.8KW,轉速(sù)2900r/min. 柴油是輕(qīng)質石油産(chǎn)品,複雜烴(tīng)類(碳原子(zi)數約10~22)混合(hé)物。為柴油(yóu)機燃料。主(zhǔ)要由原油(yóu)蒸餾、催化(hua)裂化、熱裂(lie)化、加氫裂(lie)化、石油焦(jiao)化等過程(cheng)生産的柴(chái)油餾分調(diao)配而成;也(yě)可由頁岩(yan)油加工和(hé)煤液化制(zhì)取。分為輕(qīng)柴油(沸點(dian)範圍約180~370℃)和(he)重柴油(沸(fei)點範圍約(yuē)350~410℃)兩大類。廣(guang)泛用于大(da)型車輛、鐵(tiě)路機車、船(chuan)艦。 柴油最(zui)重要用途(tu)是用于車(che)輛、船舶的(de)柴油發動(dòng)機。與汽油(yóu)相比,柴油(yóu)能量密度(dù)高,燃油消(xiao)耗率低,但(dàn)廢氣中含(han)有害成分(fèn)(NO,顆粒物等(děng))較多。 由于(yu)柴油機較(jiao)汽油機熱(re)效率高,功(gong)率大,燃料(liao)單耗低,比(bi)較經濟,故(gu)應用日趨(qū)廣泛。它主(zhu)要作為拖(tuo)拉機、大型(xíng)汽車、内燃(rán)機車及土(tǔ)建、挖掘機(ji)、裝載機、漁(yu)船、柴油發(fā)電機組和(hé)農用機械(xie)的動力。柴(chai)油是複雜(zá)的烴類混(hun)合物,碳原(yuán)子數約為(wéi)12-10。 0号柴油: 主(zhǔ)要由原油(you)蒸餾,催化(hua)裂化,加氫(qing)裂化,減粘(zhan)裂化,焦化(hua)等過程生(sheng)産的柴油(you)餾分調配(pèi)而成(還需(xū)經精制和(hé)加入添加(jia)劑)。柴油分(fen)為輕柴油(you)(沸點範圍(wei)約180℃ ~370℃)和重柴(chái)油(沸點範(fan)圍約350℃ ~410℃)兩大(da)類。柴油使(shi)用性能中(zhong)最重要的(de)是着火性(xìng)和流動性(xing),其技術指(zhǐ)标分别為(wéi)十六烷值(zhí)和凝點,我(wǒ)國柴油現(xian)行規格中(zhōng)要求含硫(liu)量控制在(zai)0.5%-1.5%。 柴油按凝(ning)點分級,輕(qīng)柴油有10、5、0、-10、-20、-35、-50六(liù)個牌号,重(zhòng)柴油有10、20、30三(sān)個牌号。 一(yī)般來講,5#柴(chái)油适合于(yú)氣溫在8℃以(yǐ)上時使用(yòng);0# 柴油适用(yong)于氣溫在(zai)8℃至4℃時使用(yong);-10#柴油适用(yong)于氣溫在(zai)4℃至-5℃時使用(yong);-20#柴油适用(yong)于氣溫在(zài)-5℃至-14℃時使用(yòng);-35#柴油适用(yòng)于氣溫在(zài)-14℃至-29℃時使用(yòng);-50#柴油适用(yong)于氣溫在(zài)-29℃至-44℃或者低(di)于該溫度(dù)時使用。 物(wù)理特性: 熱(re)值為3.3*10^7J/L; 沸點(diǎn)範圍和黏(nian)度介于煤(méi)油與潤滑(huá)油之間的(de)液态石油(yóu)餾分。易燃(rán)易揮發,不(bu)溶于水,易(yì)溶于醇和(hé)其他有機(ji)溶劑。是組(zu)分複雜的(de)混合物,沸(fèi)點範圍:十(shí)六烷值;有(you) 180℃ ~370℃ 和 350℃ ~410℃ 兩類。 自(zi)吸泵的自(zì)吸高度,與(yu)葉輪前密(mì)封間隙、泵(beng)的轉數、分(fèn)離室液面(miàn)高度等因(yin)素有關。葉(yè)輪前密封(fēng)間隙越小(xiǎo),自吸高度(du)越大,一般(ban)取為0.3~0.5毫米(mi);在間隙增(zeng)大時,除自(zì)吸高度下(xia)降外,泵的(de)揚程、效率(lü)均降低。泵(bèng)的自吸高(gāo)度随葉輪(lun)的圓周速(su)度u2的增大(dà)而增大,但(dan)到最大自(zi)吸高度時(shi),轉數增加(jia)而自吸高(gao)度就不再(zài)增加了,此(cǐ)時隻是縮(suo)短自吸時(shi)間;當轉數(shù)下降時,自(zi)吸高度則(ze)随着下降(jiang)。在其它條(tiao)件不變的(de)情況下,自(zì)吸高度還(hai)随着儲水(shui)高度的增(zēng)加而增加(jia)(但也不能(néng)超過分離(li)室的最佳(jia)儲水高度(dù))。為了在自(zi)吸泵中更(geng)好地使氣(qì)水混合,葉(yè)輪的葉片(piàn)須少些,使(shǐ)葉栅的節(jie)距增大;并(bing)宜采用半(bàn)開式葉輪(lun)(或葉輪槽(cáo)道較寬的(de)葉輪),這樣(yang)更方便于(yú)回水深入(rù)地射進葉(ye)輪葉栅中(zhōng)。 自吸泵大(da)部分與内(nèi)燃機配套(tao),裝在可移(yi)動的小車(che)上,宜于野(ye)外作業。Self-priming pump self-priming height, and before the impeller seal clearance, the revolutions of the pump, separation chamber level and other factors.Before the impeller seal gap is smaller, the greater the self-priming height, general take 0.3 ~ 0.5 mm;Increase in clearance, in addition to the self-priming height decreased, pump lift and efficiency are reduced.The self-priming pump 自(zì)吸油泵的(de)使用及維(wei)護The use and maintenance of self-priming pump 1 啟動前(qian)的準備及(jí)檢查事項(xiàng)1 to start preparing and check the item before 1.1 檢查軸承(cheng)體油腔中(zhong)潤滑油是(shì)否已達到(dao)規定要求(qiú),潤滑油的(de)油位應保(bao)持在機油(yóu)尺的兩刻(ke)線之間或(huo)油标中線(xiàn)位置,不得(de)過多或不(bu)足.1.1 check whether oil bearing body cavity, the lubricating oil has reached the specified requirements, the lubricating oil in the oil level should be kept in the oil foot or oil standard midline position between two scribed line, not too much or not. 1.2 檢查泵(bèng)體内的儲(chǔ)液是否高(gao)于葉輪邊(bian)緣.如若不(bú)足,可以從(cóng)泵體上的(de)加液口直(zhi)接向泵體(tǐ)内注入儲(chu)液,不應在(zai)儲液不足(zú)的情況下(xia)啟動運轉(zhuǎn),否則泵體(tǐ)不能正常(cháng)工作,且易(yi)損壞機械(xiè)密封.1.2 check reservoir is higher than that of the impeller in the pump body.
